Login & shift start
Every billing session starts with a quick, touch-friendly login that records who is billing, in what role and on which shift.
- 1Secure user loginEach cashier signs in with their own username and password, so every bill is linked to the person who made it.
- 2Role selectionUsers pick their role at login, such as POS User, so they get the access that role allows.
- 3Shift selectionThe cashier chooses the shift (SH1, SH2…) before billing, keeping sales organised shift by shift.
- 4Licence status at a glanceTenant ID, licence expiry date and remaining days are shown on screen, so renewals never come as a surprise.
- 5Built-in touch keyboardA full on-screen keyboard means touch terminals need no physical keyboard. Support contacts are always visible too.
The billing screen
Everything a cashier needs is on one screen: scan or search items, see every price and discount line by line, and finish the bill with a tap or a keyboard shortcut.

- 1Scan or search itemsScan a barcode into Item Code, search by Item Name, or set the quantity first. Items not in the master can go on the bill as a Custom Item.

Add customer at the counter
Capture a customer in seconds without leaving the bill, then use their details for GST invoices, reward points and repeat visits.
- 1Find by mobile numberType the customer's mobile on the billing screen and tap Edit/View, or press + to add someone new.
- 2Only two fields requiredContact number and name are enough to save. Address, city and reference are optional.
- 3GST number for business buyersSave the customer's GSTIN once and it is ready for their B2B invoices.
- 4Purchase historyOpen History from the customer window or the bill to see what they bought before.
- 5Reward points on the billThe customer's reward points show next to their name, alongside bill-level discount.
Settle & payment
One window closes the sale: pick the payment mode, enter what the customer hands over, and the change is worked out for you before the invoice is saved.

- 2Cash denominations in one tapTap the notes and coins the customer hands over (₹2000, 500, 100, 50, 10, 5, 2, 1) instead of typing the amount.

Weighing scale integration
Loose produce, grains and dry fruits are sold by weight. Trusztel connects to the weighing scale so the weight goes straight into the bill, with no typing and no mistakes. It supports both setups supermarkets use.
